Onshore outsourcing
Outsourcing to a provider in the same country, at the highest cost and closest alignment.
Onshore outsourcing means the provider delivers from within your own country. It offers the closest cultural and time-zone alignment and the simplest regulatory picture, at the highest cost of the three models.
It suits work where being in-country matters, for regulatory, language or security reasons. Many outsourcing programmes combine onshore accountability with nearshore or offshore delivery.
