Zero tolerance
Corpshore UK Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. We are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity, and to complying with the Bribery Act 2010 in all our dealings.
What is prohibited
You must not offer, give, request or accept a bribe, that is, a financial or other advantage intended to induce or reward improper conduct. Facilitation payments and kickbacks are prohibited.
Gifts and hospitality
Reasonable and proportionate gifts and hospitality given openly in the normal course of business are acceptable. They must not be intended to influence a decision improperly, and significant gifts or hospitality should be recorded.
Responsibilities and concerns
Everyone working for or with us is responsible for following this policy. Breaches are treated seriously and may lead to disciplinary action or termination. Raise any concern about bribery or corruption to info@corpshore.co.uk, in confidence and without fear of detriment.
